They don't the phone when km trying to get call about billing information 😒 ive called everyday for the past 3 months and no answer 😑 this isn't good customer service
I was supposed to have a tooth implant being done. I got my xray done and all. And remember I had to pay for that . And it’s been over a year since I heard anything on it. The receptionist said she would call me for an appointment but never has.the receptionist Alex Nunnenkamp should be fired and she so rude as well. You basically lost 5,000 dollars down the drain. And hopefully you never order the damn tooth. Worthless dentist
The staff in the front of the office is very rude when you have to go in to do surgery because they cannot handle anybody that has mental health issues or anxiety and how to talk to them to calm them down they're just very rude and disrespectful and will not let the parents speak on the behalf of their children.
