Everyone in the office was professional yet friendly. They made sure we understood everything.
Dr schrader mis managed and misdiagnosed my daughter who is nonverbal. He delayed care and prolonged suffering. His staff was confrontational and unhelpful. I was and still am totally shocked by this experience. Until this experience I would have recommended Akron Children's hospital and all their physicians with out hesitation. I now can no longer do that. Very sad.
