Horrible place- do not go here! I went here and they told me the work that was going to be performed was covered by my insurance. Later, I got a bill in the mail for over $500. They then blamed me for not double checking my own insurance, even thought this is what they do everyday. The dentist also refused to have a conversation with me- horrible customer service!
Our family has been coming to Dr Schott for 20+ years. We appreciate the appointment reminders, the friendly staff, friendly demeanor, thoughtfulness, willingness to answer questions/explain options, use of new tech that reduces discomfort and speeds the visit.
