Every time I visit the entire staff are fantastic to me. I have been a patient for many years now and every visit is fantastic!! Highly recommended.

While Doctor Schott is a very good dentist, the people who work in the office there seem to have problems handling their job responsibilities. They cannot seem to file insurance claims correctly and then become highly aggressive in demanding out-of-pocket payment. We were treated very badly there although the issues with the insurance claims were due to their own careless mistake, which was proven during a three way call between the insurance agent, Dr Schott’s office rep and myself. First off the office staff is beyond friendly. They remember your name every time you come in. They great you with a smile. They are all exceptional with their responsibilities as well as working out scheduling visits. The office is clean and welcoming. They have all the latest equipment and treatments. Dr. Schott is top notch. He is the best dentist I have ever experienced. He is very kind and explains each procedure.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Schott for over 20 years, driving over an hour to see him. I discovered him after an intense search for a great dentist - and I believe I made the correct decision.He has never disappointed; his office and those who work with him are all fantastic. The atmosphere has always been so friendly, and caring.He is a wonderful dentist - do not hesitate to see him.
Staff takes the time to explain procedures and always aware of patient comfort. Dr. Schott very genteel and respectful.

For the many years I have been a patient of Dr. Schott's, I've always been satisfied with the treatment that he and his staff have provided. This includes the business office personnel, who are very patient and helpful.
