I took my car in a little over two weeks ago for severe front end damage (headlight, hood, all of that). The original labor days estimate was 5 days. So I drop my car off, tell them my insurance approved the estimate, and that a check is in the mail. At the end of the week, my car rental was about to run out so I called on Thursday for an update. The long and the short of it is that Shortline will help you get into a deal, but not help you AT ALL when you have a problem. VERY disappointed and will never buy a car from them again!!!
