Customer service from the finance dept is quite disappointing. My 2 year old vehicle was totaled in a Colorado hail storm in The beginning of MAY!!!!and getting my GAP refund is absolutely worse than pulling teeth. Shortline Hyundai refuses to speak with Hyundai Motor Finance and settle the bill. I am paying more out of pocket to avoid going to collections now (NEVER been late on a payment). For every 10 phone calls/messages to the finance manager, I receive one rude one back. Unbelievable that I am still fighting this.
We love Hyundai vehicles. We are loyalty customers, and over the past few years have owned five (six?) Hyundai cars and SUV's. However, today we were terribly disappointed with the customer service at Shortline Hyundai. We took our Santa Fe in at the scheduled appointment time to have some warranty/recall issues looked at. Save your money and go to PLANET HYUNDAI! I originally leased my car here, tried to buy it out 3 years later and this foolish dealership tried to play me! They will try to play you, too and charge you an inspection fee, on top of dealer handle fees, as well as other fees. GO TO PLANET HYUNDAI where there is no dealer handle fee and no BS $200 inspection fee (which no other Hyundai dealerships in the metro area have).I was quoted almost $1500 less (including taxes) there! I had my car serviced oil change rotation of tires n such turns out I don't even think they rotated the tires one tire was at 32 another at 34 N the other 33 and another at 36 Emmm dud they even rotate them ??? The car was not washed like the other times nor to happy.
