The room wasn’t as nice as the pictures. Bathroom sliding door didn’t stay shut when closed. The handle kept coming off as well. The door to the room was a little beat up as well. The parking garage was a little scary and crumbling a little. The service was very nice and very attentive though. At night there was some sketchy people outside the hotel. But that probably comes with the area since it is a college town.
My home away from home when visiting at WVU. Great downtown location, a block from High Street. Nice clean, comfortable rooms. Some people feel the garage is a challenge, but I've never had a problem with it - just take it slow and it's all good.
Kind of needs a deep clean
We arrived late after flying into Pittsburgh, unfortunately the “Parking Garage” was completely inaccessible due to a steel door blocking the entrance. After checking in, the staff member opened the “Parking Garage”. The “Parking Garage” is a dilapidated warehouse with every window busted out.
