Ben, Tim and the crew are very friendly and professional. They have never failed us each time we've needed help with our AC and heating. They installed both units in our home, and didnt charge astronomical prices either, unlike so many other companies who are out to screw you over at any given chance. Whenever we've needed help, we always get same day service. No matter what time of day. We highly recommend Schneiders Heating and Cooling.
Called early Saturday morning due to no heat. This was during a very aggressive cold snap. Received an immediate call back and quickly assessed the issue. Was able to talk me through getting the heat going until he was able to get on site. Highly recommend!
My furnace wasn't working. He was very professional and courteous. I was impressed how fast it was fixed and how knowledgeable he was. I will only use these services now! Thank you so much for the repair and looking forward to the future business!
I woke up to a slight burning smell coming from my vents and my old TraneXE 80 sounded like it was struggling.. loud whining noise coming from the unit, called Schneider, they immediately sent Tim out to the house within 10min of my call. He immediately isolated the fault [blower motor inop], checked over everything else within the unit (he even had a replacement motor already with him). He swapped the old motor out, installed the new one. Super fast, super thorough.. excellent experience! Saved me hundreds!
Blower wasn't working in my furnace. He had me up and running in less than an hour. I know that was luck because he was in the neighborhood but I have never had a problem when I call him and he is always very nice
