My furnace wasn't working. He was very professional and courteous. I was impressed how fast it was fixed and how knowledgeable he was. I will only use these services now! Thank you so much for the repair and looking forward to the future business!
I woke up to a slight burning smell coming from my vents and my old TraneXE 80 sounded like it was struggling.. loud whining noise coming from the unit, called Schneider, they immediately sent Tim out to the house within 10min of my call. He immediately isolated the fault [blower motor inop], checked over everything else within the unit (he even had a replacement motor already with him). He swapped the old motor out, installed the new one. Super fast, super thorough.. excellent experience! Saved me hundreds!
Blower wasn't working in my furnace. He had me up and running in less than an hour. I know that was luck because he was in the neighborhood but I have never had a problem when I call him and he is always very nice
Furnace recently stopped reliably heating my house. Figured I'd go with a TRANE specialist since the heater is a TRANE brand. Got a Schneider guy here. He went down and cleaned my flame sensor and told me it was fixed. Found out later in the day that it wasn't. Got sent a message that said he'd be in contact with me. Never followed up. I can't help but wonder if its because he knows that I don't have a lot of money. I am so cold and so sad.
Called because we moved into a new home and our heat wasnt working in some areas of the home. Ben was dismissive and condescending to me and asked to speak with my husband. He was also rude to my husband and told us it would be " a while" before he would come out. A week later we hadnt heard back, our heat stopped entirely and with a 15 month old, we had to call another company. Will definitely not recommend in the future.
