Waited 4 mos. for a 15 min. appt. Dr. ignored my request to try something other than yet another RX to treat my headaches. Prescribed a med that left me with terrible side effects. Sent 3 messages over a 3 week period stating I couldn't tolerate the medication. Only after the 3rd message with the subject line, This Is My 3rd Attempt To Contact Someone!, did he bother to reply. We have used Dr Schneider for many years and have found him to be Avery compassionate, caring doctor.
Waited 2 hours to see him for a 10 minute visit. Didn’t seem concerned about what I was trying to ask him. Just told me come back in a year. Felt like he was just trying to push me out door since I was last patient. Not as caring as my other doctor.
Was diagnosed immediately with Myasthenia Gravis and it typically takes a very long time for doctors to get it right because it is rare. He listens and truly cares about my condition.
I highly recommend Dr. Schneider. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and highly experienced!

He refused to listen to me when I tried to tell him about my symptoms; he tried to insist I go back onto a medicine that my GP took me off of when it worsened my depression; he was looking through a PDF of 'help tips' during my appointment; he told me after two appointments 'there was nothing he could do to help me,' and that I should 'just go see a therapist about my migraines.'
