Lady at the front desk was absolutely unhelpful and rude. I have a broken foot so my Dr sent an emergency referral. I can’t get a boot til they see me. I called to inquire and they said they don’t even know when they’ll get my referral (it was faxed over, they should have it) & have no idea when I could get in. I can’t have a broken foot flopping around til they book me!
Worst hospital around. More than one bad experience. First one was I took my teenage son in with a possible neck injury from a football game. They didn't take it serious and allowed him to walk to X-ray. They came back in a panic to get his bed and put a neck brace on him which should have been done as a precaution anyways. Come to find out it was fractured in two different spots. Another incident was at the orthopedic office and my fiance went in there who never goes to the Dr nor ER and I begged him to go for a swollen kne... read more
PA Bates, was absolutely amazing. He was funny and talked me through my injury. Made me feel very relaxed and calm despite the injury.
