Schmucker's has been a family-owned and operated Toledo dining tradition since 1948. Originally opened by Harvey and Nola Schmucker, the diner is currently run by the third generation of Schmuckers. Fast service from our server Julie. The daily special(Shredded chicken & gravy over biscuits) was ordered as a FULL course meal and it was a LOT of good fresh well prepared items- from soup- salad and the entree with potato and a slice of delicious pie that HAD to be taken home to finish a delightful meal! Quick friendly service on a holiday Saturday supper hour! We were seeking something off our regular path - and decided for the advertised "COMFORT FOOD" of Schmucker's. It did NOT disappoint!
The chili was absolutely out of this world! Great atmosphere, great family-friendly service.

Love going there... The Wimpy Burger and fries are great!!! Shared the chocolate peanut pie with the Hubby...he had the roast beef platter...it is all good!!!
Schmucker's Restaurant is the best in Toledo, I would recommend it to everyone who has never tried it you will not be disappointed. The best food for the value and super homemade pie. It cannot be beat.
