Great flowers, less than desirable service. I felt I got great service from the person who was helping me. However, another associate that was not even helping me was rude and unprofessional. Sad thing is this florist came highly recommended from a friend. One associate ruined a great referral.
I ordered an an arrangement for my Mom's birthday today to have delivered and I am highly impressed with the quality of the arrangement. I have not had luck in the past when ordering over the phone or online with other places..& was very pleased with quality of arrangement... I will definitely be using schmitt's again!! �

I've been ordering flowers from Schmitt's for years and have never been disappointed. The flowers are always beautiful and artfully arranged and their prices are very fair. I don't even live in Louisville anymore but they are the only florist I trust to order online from. I always get my mom flowers for Valentine's day and mother's day and she's impressed every time!
