Their tech came on time and the same day I called. Our AC went out on a 95°F day and they fixed it in short period of time. The unit was noisy and has leaking water. They flushed and recharged the coils and tightened the valves very well. The unit was up and running again after they repaired it. Very fair price they have. Highly recommend this company to everyone.
Quick and Quality Assurance Responded quickly and came in on the same day, called prior to give us an exact time frame, fixed the issue pretty fast with assurance. We highly recommended AC servicing company.
Accommodating Services I called and talked to Randy who was very accommodating during a busy time. He scheduled me in within the day. He let me know when he would be there prior to arriving. The problem turned out to be simple but he was able to diagnose and fix it immediately. Their rates were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Great Company! I recently used Schmidts when I needed some duct cleaning performed with my AC unit. They were the best company to work with. The tech who was been assigned to us came on time and he was very professional. Once he got in our house he started immediately his work and in just a few hours of repair he was done and our AC works better now than before it was repaired.
