The team they sent were very fantastic. The vents were accumulated with so much dirt. The before and after look of it was a lot different. The air was flowing freely on the vents and it was much cooler than before it was cleaned. Service was great and excellent, highly recommendable.
RecommendedThey were able to come and fix our AC the same day that we called, in which we appreciated it very well. Randy was very thorough and our AC was running better than ever thanks to his advice and patience in answering our questions. Highly recommend and would use again their services in the future.
Efficient workers Randy and his team did an excellent job of cleaning our AC and vents. They came on time, very prompt, polite and respectful. They work quickly and efficiently. Everything works perfectly right after theyâÂÂve done their work.
By showing up when they say they will and give at least a courtesy call. They are unreliable. May 7th. they were to come out between 9am-12. They were a NO SHOW. My husband finally in the evening got a return call and they would be out on May 8th. between 11-2pm. Guess WHAT! No shows! Still waiting for a return call.🙁
Awesome service! Randy was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in servicing our furnace. All in all, the work was done very well and excellently. Highly recommended!
Schmidts Service company came out and diagnosed my air conditioning problems, took my money and said that the would order the parts and come back out and fix my air conditioner. Instead they canceled my service order and did not advise me. When I called them they never called me back. I’m a 71 year old disabled Vietnam Veteran and the weather in Arizona is very hot. Schmidts is a abuse company and customers need to be aware.
Excellent Work I called SchmidtâÂÂs AC Services for an appointment and they have been very responsive to our request. Randy their technician came on time and did the work immediately in doing the annual maintenance of our AC and vents. Pricing was very reasonable and he was very professional of his work. Overall, the service was excellent we highly recommend them to everyone.
Their technician explained everything that he was done on our AC. Did the work very well and excellently. We highly recommend this company to everyone.
Randy was a super nice guy who showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the air ducts of our house for a very fair price, including throwing in the dryer vent for no extra charge. Overall, it was a great service rendered to us. We will surely recommend him and his company to others.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied, yet another home warranty customer falls on us. We needed and received an approval of his is claim for repair. We had scheduled to perform repairs, but Mr. P****** declined to pay his deductible and his uncovered portion of the repairs which he was notified and had agreed to previously. All of these conditions were spelled out to all of us by his warranty company. As a service provider, we must follow their rules and regulations,
