Excellent Service Randy was on time, patient with my questions and very helpful in explaining what I need to do with my AC and vent. He spent a good amount of time cleaning the air ducts/openings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family and will definitely use their services again in the future.
Their customer service responded very quickly with an estimate. Came the next day to fix the AC. The price was as what was told me initially. No upselling no silly fee. Straightforward good service, highly recommended.
It was a pleasure to work with Schmidt’s. Randy arrived at our house on time and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t believe how much dirt was caught on the air duct. It was a great thing having the ducts cleaned and everything was working very well.

Wonderful Service We were very pleased with Randy's repair of our AC unit. He has a quick response time, was willing to come out on the same day work even weekend so we weren't miserable, is very thorough and efficient, and charged us less than originally quoted even though we had our payment ready. We highly recommend him and their AC Service company!

Our heater stopped blowing warm air and our house was like a fridge at night. Randy came out the same day we called him and was able to fix our heater in about an hour later. Prompt service and a very nice guy! We will surely hire him again in future needs.
