I spent many days enjoying the sausage my grandpa brought us back from Elgin, Bastrop & Lockhart when I visited their farm near Rockne, so I was delighted to see that the Schmidt family had opened up a spot near Marble Falls, TX. We went during the Thanksgiving holidays with the whole family. We all Loved the BBQ and friendly service. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because it wasn't the old pit on the square in Lockhart.lol!
