I am 75 years old and they have agreed to take my case against Liberty Financial Group (possible class action) based on age discrimination (corporate fleecing of the elderly). It is hard to believe they would discriminate against you based on age. There must be another reason.

This firm would not let me participate in a class-action lawsuit. I used the same product as thousands of other people and experienced the same problems with the product, but because I'm an older person, they would not take my case. This is definitely discrimination. Very, very disappointed.
