TLDR- too rushed, money minded, not credible, awful front desk, charged me more (called insurance and found out) and finally doc does not like to talk. Issue#1- money minded:The doc is only concerned about making money. He acts as though Giving advice to his patients cost him a fortune. His front desk overcharged me. It is clearly written on my insurance card what my copay should be. He is kind, effective and listens to my concerns. I’ve had many sun issues and removals that never came back. Office staff are great & he is always on time. He’s the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen, and I’m old 72.
I was extremely pleased with Dr. Schmidt and his entire staff. Very professional and friendly.. gave me a thorough skin check--which is what I came for --and did not try to sell me any cosmetic procedures or other cosmetic "stuff"
My family and I have seen Dr. Schmidt for years. The best dermatologist in the area!
