3 hour round trip 2hrs30min sitting 5hr30min wasted. When they knew I was plan to come that day to buy a specific vehicle they had on their lot. For me to pull in after driving an hour and a half one way for them to have someone else test driving it. That person then proceeded to not buy it that evening and waited until late noon to buy the next day while I waited until 6:00 p.m. to see if they were going to buy it. Had them do service as always. Asked them to check on a tire leak. Cody found one tire with four leaks in it. It will cost us four new tires but I would rather get them replaced now than have a problem on our upcoming trip. Thanks Cody.
2021 buick encore turbo charger no good at 39,000 miles. Under warranty and dealer replaced. Dealer did not change engine oil and it's a well documented fact that old oil should be changed when turbo replaced. You don't run old engine oil through a new turbo. I had to demand it be changed and it took 3 employees to get the ok to do it. They ended up charging it to my warranty so rediculous they were trying to put my engine at risk.Tried to tell me it wasn't necessary to change the oil.
