Record everything that’s all this shop does is lie. Had a new motor installed in my truck. They pinched wires causing a short and now refusing to pay damages. Other dealership said it was 100% there fault. Even talked to Jeff Schmidt himself. He lied directly to my face saying it was wear and tear but other Gm shop said they pinched the wire harness when installing new engine. Be careful with any work they do.
First time to buy and service a vehicle at this dealership. Great buying experience with Joe, and now an excellent service experience. I highly recommend Schmidt Chevrolet.
