Doctor Schlaack lacks professionalism and displays no respect with dignity towards his patients. I would not even recommend him to treat a simple paper cut! That's how terrible he is.
I have been with Dr Schlaack for over two decades. His common sense "horse-doctor" approach is rare these days. The staff is very efficient as well as his support team of true nurses. Yes, you might have to wait, but its better than making a scheduled appointment that's delayed for an hour. I have recommended Dr Schlaack to all my friends and neighbors, and each rave of his expertise.
I've been a patient with Dr. Schlaack and the PAs for many years now. Legacy Urgent Care is perfect for us because you don't have to call and wait days or weeks for a appointment, just go to the office and they will see you asap. I find the front desk ladies are excellent and professional. Lately Dr. Schlaack works limited hours, but not to worry because the PAs that sees patients are very good. I am seeing doctors more often lately and Dr Schlaack and Legacy Urgent Care is a very convenient .

What an embarrassment to the Medical Institution Michael Schlaack is!! Very unprofessional behavior is what my experience with him was. I was in to see him as my blood pressure was extremely high. I asked a question regarding one of the meds he was perscribing, and he totally flipped a switch! He jumped up yelling at me to get out. He said, you are not my girl ?? I won't be your doctor. Find yourself another doctor. It was such weird behavior. I was speechless.
