The carpet I chose is fine and the installation was ok. However the service provided was horrible including.. * not letting me know that installation was not going to happen on the scheduled day until I called. Reason given--order was taken by a now former employee and followup was on his account * not providing me with the finished bound area rug after installation. I follow up 6 months later, and it takes 2 phone calls (promised return calls never made) and 2 personal visits (half hour drive each way). THere is barely an a... read more
