RecommendedAfter my experience over the past couple of days, I have to say, this store has phenomenal customer service! Nothing but superb. I am new to cameras and just ordered one. I needed a particular lens for a party I knew would be dim. They answered all of my questions and took the time with me on the phone. They respond within an hour on Facebook Messenger and that's hard to find anymore. Company is joke. Had the phantom 4 on their website for 1,199.00. Then when I went to purchase the product they said it was 1499.00 and they would not warrant their own mistakes. Piss poor business ethic.
Wonderful customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly! I had bought a used lens and had issues with soft focus. They worked with me and I ended up with a better lens! Very happy!

Stopped in there this morning for help finding a lens ring tripod mount. They did not have one and showed no interest in trying to find one for me. Within 10 minutes of arriving home I found what I needed on the internet and it's on the way to me. If you're going to compete with the internet you have to have better service.
Would like to give a shoutout to Schiller's Camera in St.Louis Mo. Every time I stop in they have what I am looking for and have more pro photography gear then any other store in St.Louis! Thank you all for your genuine customer service that you have always provided me with! Able to compete with B&H on many primary equipment items but can have a high mark up on ansillary items such as filters, memory cards, tripod heads etc. Expect a wait to get a sales person. Atmosphere can be a little snooty. I spread my money between Schillers, Creve Coeur and B&H. Bottom line... shop around for every item before you buy. Overall, probably the best photo store in St Louis if you can get past the negative atmosphere. I wouldnt recommend it for beginning younger folks. For that i would recommend CCC
