Bought my new Nikon last week and signed up for the “Getting to Know Your Nikon” class. Very informative. Paul made the information accessible with great analogies that non-professionals could understand. I highly recommend Schiller’s.
I would echo what others have said: very knowledgeable staff and patient. Sven, in particular, has been supremely patient with my frustrations over my equipment not working the way it is intended. He helped me get up and running and never made me feel stupid.
