i called 3 times. emailed twice. talked with someone there in service to get new tires on my bike 2 weeks ago. never called back with an estimate or to set up a time to install. Guess there to busy for my bike. not really impressed from my situation.

went to have my steering bearings tightened on my bike the tech John tightened them for me he realized the were notched so he recommended replacing them he then replaced them and now my bike is ready to ride again great place to go schiets has what you need and techs with great experience will definitely be shopping there again
