We hired ***** to do a home inspection (Nov 2020) on our house, as he was recommended by our realtor. ***** completely missed many obvious things on the inspection that have (so far) cost us upwards of $34,000 in repairs in the 2 years that weve owned our home. Horrible experience. My realtor Marc *********** highly recommended Scott ***********. I had specific questions about interior staining near a skylight. Scott assured me that there was no water intrusion, that there was only condensation. Only 3 weeks after moving in water was dripping through the ceiling in multiple areas near the skylight. This property is an architecturally unique home. Throughout the structure I notated multiple areas of water intrusion and condensation (yes, condensation = water) from the in-floor ductwork and to the roof.
