The doctor himself appears knowledgeable and competent, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Unfortunately, the office staff has repeatedly failed to follow through on basic responsibilities, making it impossible for me to proceed with treatment. The office staff in Dr. Scheinberg's Bakersfield office have been very professional and helpful. Had surgery on my foot and PRP/Stem Cell on my knees - I have to say Dr. Scheinberg has done a great job. His staff at the surgery center in Santa Barbara was wonderful. After surgery I had no pain and it was a quick recovery. Thank you for all you have done. I highly recommend this doctor if you ever need any orthopedic surgery or Stem Cell.. 100 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is my third time and always takes more then a hour to see me
I was there for a shoulder injury sustained at work. Dr. Shienburg didn’t do an X-ray, didn’t touch my shoulder and basically just asked a few questions. Quack quack!! Robert
