I brought in my amazing Persian Kitty named Quincy today 4/14/16 for his Wellness Exam. We are not sure what happened but he was fine one minute (a bit stressed out) and a few moments later he went into Respiratory Failure. His lungs filled with fluid and he could not breathe. If not for the immediate action of Dr's Melanie Murphy , Dr. Jeff Bloomberg and Dr. Casey Levine Quincy would not have stood a chance. I commend all that they did for Quincy. I have been coming here for the past few years, every doctor I have had for my precious fur baby has been excellent. They have a fantastic bedside manner and when they say they will follow up they do! Today they exceeded my expectations, last week I lost one of my cats. When I brought her in the lady behind the desk was very companionate then today I received in the mail a sympathy card signed by the staff. It brought me to tears and I thank them. RecommendedThe staff at the Schaumburg Vets are very nice & do a good job, however some procedures seem a bit pricey. We are disappointed that they closed the boarding.
Outstanding doctors and staff! The most caring veterinary office that I have been to in my 32 years of having dogs. Oh yeah, the hours are great too!
