We had such a great experience with Dr. Rene and our kitty just adores her but unfortunately we will not return to VCA. There seems to be a miscommunication between what is allowed with CareCredit and what is not where one person will say one thing and another will say the opposite. I truly believe that everyone believes they are right but in the end I am three visits in and $600 deep for only roughly $450 worth of services. Caring considerate and thoughtful.
Everyone is so caring and very patience and the Doctor are just so great!
We arrived just 6 short days ago from NY, so in the event Cash needed to see a vet right away, I wasn’t sure where to bring him. I research the area and contact VCA. From my initial phone call the staff was pleasant, friendly and reassuring. I just had a feeling we were in good hands. The facility was very clean and did not smell like your ordinary Vet office!! Service was prompt and thorough. We highly recommend VCA and thank the staff for all of their help and wonderful welcome ❤️
Unfortunately, I don’t think they do well with cats... at least ours. Misdiagnosed a URI in our kittens in 2015-which cost 3 of them their lives ( since it was parvo) and just last week another cat had a wound ...possible origin.. bite vs botfly... but diagnosed and treated as cellulitis without really looking at the wound . Attempted to get my cat in yesterday for a follow up due to lack of improvement and was promised a call back... still waiting over 24 hours later ?? Sully has had a rough go at life since he was born. VCA has taken wonderful care of it. We’ve seen every vet there and each one plus all the front desk and clinical staff have been kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I feel like they really care what happens to our dog. They aren’t 24 hours but are open late and just recently took us as a 7pm walk in for an urgent issue that came up. Even better we weren’t charged an arm and a leg. I would highly recommend this clinic!
Just adopted a kitten a few weeks ago and I was honestly nervous about taking her to a vet. Growing up, my family has had their fair share of incompetent vet clinics. Fortunately I had no reason to be nervous! All of the staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, are super friendly and honest. When I got my cat spayed, the doctor texted after surgery to let me know all was well and confirmed a pick up time. It is the small things like this that make the difference.
