Great food, great service and consistency, that's what you get when you go to Schatz! Soups are always delicious and do yourself a favor and have a Carmel roll. Yummmmm
Very poor service! We waited for 20 minutes in the table for a waiter/waitress but nobody entertain us and we know the restaurant is not busy!� Ended up to Dennys restaurant!
No coffee , and no breakfast food to go in the fuel bar. Bad service.

Sorry you feel that way, but we do have a 24 hour restaurant that serves breakfast and we do definitely sell coffee in the convenience store!
We have eaten here about once a month for a couple of years, and the food is generally good with large portions. Tonight, though, with the place not as busy as I've seen it many other times, we sat for ten minutes and only managed to get menus dumped on our table while people who sat down after us got menus, water, drinks, and orders taken. We walked out. This isn't typical, but if it were to happen again, we wouldn't return at all.
