It must be THE place to go in that town..was very busy ..food was good and waitress was superb..truck stops with REAL food are almost extinct.. hopefully these folks keep doing what they’re doing

When I was stationed at Minot AFB from December 1986 to April 1994 we went to Schartz Crossroads for breakfast many times because the food and service were outstanding. Now I am back for the 23rd Bombardment Squadron 100 anniversary reunion and about 9 heritage barons went to Schartz yesterday and it is still outstanding. Very highly recommended.
This place is one of the cleanest, friendliest places I've had the pleasure of stopping at, will always stop here now!

I come in every so often and the food is ok for the most part but today at 2:25pm I walked in and sat down in the drivers section and sat and waited while the waitress cleaned tables and talked to another customer than went back to just doing busy work. There was only 6 or 7 customers in the entire restaurant, they walked around like I wasn't even there. Coffee is always hot and the Cheesecake is too die for!!
