I am truly surprised at these reviews. I recently went to Dr. Schambeau, (recommended by my daughter who is a new patient of his) after a tooth started hurting that another dentist had just put a crown on it. Come to find out, I now needed a root canal and another crown in order to fix what the other dentist screwed up. Dr. Schambeau's staff, from the front desk to the hygienist to his assistant could not have been more friendly or professional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING HERE!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS! I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff is often rude. I Very agressive procedures that left me with more problems and pain that I came in with - I asked for copies of my x rays and photos to take to a specialist for their review since this office does not do endodontic review, (which is necessary for the specialist to make an accurate decision) and the office staff told me that I was their worst patient and his wife told me to go to HELL and how dare I second guess them. dentist was great only one wellk the most important thing they have terrible guidliness.from the minute you walk in the door its about money not making you fell comfortable i know its a bussiness but every thing was very pressing and the communication was absolutley terrible
