I have come across a few issues but Vince, general manager, is always there to resolve common sense!!!! Lisa in service is always AWESOME.
Lisa Gaudreau was awesome. Happy they got me in and on my way. I forgot the coupon & she still accommodate & honor it for a credit toward next visit.
Was in a tough spot having a Mercedes with an open air bag recall and two other services due. Schaller got me in a great Impreza for less than my previous payment. Very patient and my salesperson, Christina was fantastic! She really cared about my needs and worked hard to make it happen, I'm thrilled. Ask for Christina, she's awesome!
I had a very positive experience with this dealership and would highly recommend it!
Fast, convenient and professional! Hospitality was excellent! Will be back again!
Outstanding service: knowledgeable staff- Dan Walker is dynamite - patient professional and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent experience with sales and management throughout the process and will recommend this office all day long.
