My wife recently had a horrible experience there. My wife went there to test drive some SUVs. The salesperson refused to let her test drive any vehicle. The salesperson came up with a lot of lame reason why she couldn't drive a vehicle. Why would they have her come out and if they had no intention to let her test drive anything? It was a massive waste of her time. I'm pretty sure they lost I customer.

2nd time leasing through here. Gave me a “brand new lease” with 7900 miles on it. Found out after signing all the paperwork. Will never do business here again. Truly disappointing.

Excellent service, kind and professional staff.
Purchased a used Outback two weeks ago. I asked them to fix an exhaust rattle, even gave them a week to fix it. No more than 10 minutes after picking up the car the rattle is back and has been progressively getting worse. The salesman assured me it was fixed and said he drove the car himself. Now I have to take it to a competent shop to have it fixed correctly. Also , beware of the $199 charge for glass etching whether you want it or not. Not a happy customer!!!
