We purchased a Certified Pre-owned ****** ******for our daughter not even 1 month later the front bummer fell off. It was held on with zip ties. Schaller Berlin upon purchase at stated it was put through a thorough inspection. We brought it to Schaller Berlin and they said she must have hit a curb something, BUT they'd pay half of the repair costs. Which we had to fight for that half to be paid. *** **** purchased the vehicle on July 19, 2016. On August 23, a repair was done in our Body Shop and that repair was split between the customer and Schaller Subaru. In regard to the GAP policy and the handling of the refund/claim, *** *****or someone on his behalf, submitted a claim directly to ******** back in April. According to the GAP company, a claim payment of $583.33 was processed on April 16 and sent to the lender.
