Way too many fees. Classic used car sales man foolery. Lowballed me over 300% less than what other dealers were willing to give me. I’d say skip them and find a reputable dealer.

My daughter went to Schaller Honda the first week off June 2022 she traded in a 2014 Honda Civic that was still in very good condition Schaller gave her over $8000 for Civic. She picked the that she wanted but she was told that the Honda sport that she wanted was out of range for her so at that time. We reviewed our sales logs for the last week of May through the middle of June and could not find a transaction involving a 2014 Civic being traded in toward the purchase of a 2019 Civic. I left a review about Schaller last week after being told that the O rings were seeping on my Honda Pilot. I received an answer from them stating they sent me a video of where the leak was. That is not true. I never received anything from them. This past week, I had my truck looked at by a company that specializes in engine repair, which we've used in the past. Guess what? After seeing this comment, I checked the system. Whoever brought the vehicle here did not accept the invitation to our texting platform which is how the videos are sent. Without the customer's acceptance, the texting platform will not work. If Ms. Del Rio sends me an email at ******************** with permission to text her along with the correct number to use, I think I can resend the invitation and then, once it is accepted, I think I can resend the video.
I wen to Schaller Honda Service Center in New BritainCt. for a warranty transmission software update. Thirty minutes later I received a call from Joshua G***** the service writer. He told me during the transmission inspection the mechanic found a crack in my transmission pan and that the pan must be replaced in addition a transmission fluid service would also need to be preformed since most of the fluid had leaked out from the cracked transmission pan at total cost around 700 dollars. I spoke with our service manager, Chris. He said that when the customer returned and claimed that our recommendation was not accurate, he offered to put the car back on a lift and show him what we were talking about and the customer refused. Our offer to put the vehicle back on a lift at no charge to have our mechanic show the customer why he made the recommendation is still valid if the customer wishes to do so.
I bought a used car from them. I live in ****, and had to trust their description. Part of the deal was for them to transport it up to me. They brought it up, and the car + paperwork was as good as promised. 100%. Buying a car based on photos and a salesman's description is touchy, but they performed exactly as promised, and the car was even a little better than described. No problems at all.

There service sucks there Manger told Me since my car which is a Honda crv only came with one key fob since its supposed to come with two would give me the other one for free I've been dealing with them for 2months now with them not wanting to give me my extra key fob that they promised to me every time I call it seems like nobody knows what Is going on and they hardly ever answer there phones they just keep giving me the run around I've yet to receive my car fob

Shady dealership. They've been in business long enough to know how to crack the law and not break it. Staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable. I will never return, I don't care what cars they have.
