Had a great experience with my tummy tuck. Very pleased with the results.
I had a breast augmentation and umbilical hernia repair. I was very happy with Dr. Schaffer’s office from beginning to end. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Schaffer took his time with me and really listened to what I wanted. I have been so happy with my results!
I called to get a consultation for a procedure. The receptionist asked if I was using my insurance. I told them yes. I also told them what my insurance was and that I went on the website for a list of providers for in network care. The receptionist stated that they do not take my insurance and was sorry for the inconvenience. Even when I told them I was a residence of Alabama but my company was station in Florida. Dr Schaffer did my first breast augmentation 18 years ago in Florida and while my implants were still great I preferred new ones and wanted to be sure Dr Schaffer did them again. I traveled from Florida to have my implants swapped out. He was just as amazing now as he was then. The entire experience was better than I could have expected. Dr. Schaffer and his staff have been nothing but wonderful throughout my whole breast reduction and lift procedure. At my consultation Dr. Schaffer took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions and that has continued throughout the whole process. The front desk staff and nurses have been always friendly and show a caring spirit. As far as the procedure and results, I am so happy with the outcome.
