I have to say this is the best Dentist office I’ve been to since I was a kid. To Uyen Vu is the best at what she does. She’s gentle and makes you feel extremely comfortable while being serviced. You’ll experience zero anxiety and leave with no pain something that everyone looks for. To Uyen Vu and staff job well done. Y’all are the best and I appreciate every last one of you all.
Post Road Family Dental has been such a great experience for me. Dr. Vu and the whole team are genuinely kind, professional, and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel comfortable the entire visit. I never feel rushed, and everyone goes out of their way to make it a positive experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dentist.
Since the new staff has taken over this place is terrible. Do not go! They tell you that they call your insurance and give you what the price will be. We found out through our insurance that they never called or got a pre determination before a procedure. So they started the process and when wanting to hold off on the procedure we were told it is too late because it’s already been submitted. If you do go here make sure you call your insurance yourself even if they tell you they did…because I can promise they didn’t.
