Shawn Schafer is not at all what he represents to be. He definitely comes across as charming and genuine. Don’t be fooled. He took $5500 as a deposit on the pool excavation and then expected me to pay for the excavation. The $5500 deposit went in his pocket. On a Friday, he charged us $2500 for plumbing hardware and supplies which were to be delivered on Monday.
