Great service
I had a pair of glasses and got a second pair here, but the new prescription wasn't working fine for me so I had to go back to change the lenses. Everyone was nice during first visit, but when I returned, Dr. Benjamin was behaving very badly that I got stressed out. I even asked her about it, but she didn't seem to care and called me confused and said I don't know what I want! (Of course, that's why we need help of a doctor!) Not the same service as I was used o with Schaeffer Eye Center, been waiting on the correct glasses since June 14, 2019 and I am being told this morning (7-25-2019) they expect them to be in by August 1, 2019. Very strange.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Had an eye exam and ordered glasses. First pair came in with the wrong prescription. They redid my eye exam and said they made a mistake so they reordered my glasses. 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard a word so I called. Was put on hold for 20 min. I hung up at 20 min. Called back. Was put on hold for 7 min. Finally told my glasses had been shipped back with demo lenses installed. They apologized and told me when I came in I could select a pair of sunglasses as compensation for my trouble. Another 10... read more
