Excellent customer service. Report was ready with pictures within 2 hours. Inspector Bob was there quite a bit earlier than us. He explained to my client what he was going to do and then did it. I think appliances should be tested that are included with the house; quick rinse cycle on dishwasher, washer, and see if dryer has heat. He did come back when we asked. Overall he was great, and I would certainly refer him to more of my clients.
Bruce didn't miss a stitch as he went thru the prospective property with the eyes of an experienced and dedicated pro. His attention to detail was most welcome as was his explaination of his observations. Thank You.
Schaefer Inspection was great from first call to inspection report.Mark Barnes the inspector arrived before the appointment time, when I came he explained how the inspection will go he took his time inspecting everything and recommending any corrections and advises answered all my questions.
