I always have a good experience here. The staff is very friendly and personable. They also have later hours which is very helpful during the work week.
Since Jan retired this was my first visit with Ellen and I was pleased and request that she become my new regular
RecommendedHighly recommend!! In my experience, the staff is always professional and timely about their work. They do their best to make sure the patient is comfortable. Patients are treated with respect. Dr. Polasek and staff take the patient experience very seriously in the fact that they want you to feel comfortable and informed at all times.
I am Deadly afraid of the dentist and I have tried to find one that treated me like an adult and not a child, one that would get to know me and know what I need so that I can have a good experience at the Dentist. He did not just label me, he worked with me and encouraged me through the whole prosses. I would recommend him to everyone I know. I might even go as far as to say that I now don't dread going to the Dentist.
Again a wonderful experience today. Very professional and a great job on my teeth. Highly recommend Scafer dental (Kyle Polasek and staff). Super glad I switched Dentist....Hapyy Happy and thanks to all!.
I have been going to this office for 24 years. Everything I ever wanted in a dentist office is there. Highly recommend!
Received notice by text that’s good , hygenest was excellent and professional and answered any question . The dentist handled and explained the procedure and also went over all the x-rays. And most important explained the x-rays so the could be understood . The staff explained the costs and went over your benefits on your policy .. very important. I thank them all
I HIGHLY recommend going to see Dr. Kyle at the Howell location! We took my 6 year old son to the lansing location and had the absolute worst experience and they told us our child would have to put to sleep to continue any other dental work. We came to Dr. Kyle and he was able to do my sons dental work and kept him calm and comfortable. We have to go back for more work and my son is not scared as long as we go see his new friend Dr. Kyle! Thank you so much!!!
I had my teeth cleaned by Ellen yesterday and she did a wonderful job. She was VERY gentle but thorough. I would highly recommend her.
