They do not care about people or the community. They have put up no parking/ towing signs up by a local coffee shop that has heavily relied on the street parking for years. Additionally, they have neglected care for this road and there is a portion where the entire shoulder is colapsing on a hill. If you're going to own roads, fine, but take care of them and the community that uses them.
Schaad are owners of a road in a residential community complex and it's in complete shambles, full of pot holes and crumbling . It makes our property look terrible and also damaging vehicles. They will not step up and fix the road.
As a 22 year resident of Ashley Meadows in Deerfield, we are outraged by your company’s lack of interest in maintaining your roads and properties in Deerfield. We now learn Colony Drive will be closed beginning July 1, 2022 until unknown. It is illegal for a development not to have both an ingress and egress. This leaves the only exit/entrance for everyone west of Colony having to enter and exit from the bypass 17 side. Those east of Colony must do so by Hwy 17bus. This company owns roads (Auburn Ln and Deerfield Links Dr.) in the Deerfield community in Surfside Beach, SC. They have neglected the roads for years. It has become an issue for emergency vehicles and residents as the roads are damaging to vehicles. They will not respond to HOA's, management companies, or the county. Complete negligence!
This company owns roads/property in Surfside Beach, SC and has completely ignored the homeowners, management companies, and even the county in regards to fixing the horrible condition these roads are in. They have not responded to calls or messages. There is a HUGE safety issue because emergency vehicles cannot get through. Horrible!!!
