NEVER buy a home from this company! This company has owned the roads in the Deerfield subdivision in Surfside Beach, South Carolina since 1986. Each year they receive over $40,000 in HOA fees in exchange for residents use of the roads. They have NEVER resurfaced the roads or done any repair. I own a property in deerfield links , the entrance road is full if enormous pothole , as being a heart patient i or anybody else am scared to death of needing immediate attention and 1st responders are delayed because they have to try and avoid the deteriorating conditions of the road. This responsibility will fall in your lap
