The building seems to be amazing, maybe it's just being managed by the wrong company, I tried to fill out the form, but I think they were being discreet in avoiding me, I don't believe they're dumb enough not to be able to send a simple E-mail... if you're thinking of renting an apartment without getting frustrated with the process, look for another place

I’ve lived in Scenic Salinger for two years now. The building is well maintained and the property manager cam is very responsive in dealing with any issue. The rent is reasonable. I would highly recommend renting from Chinburg.

0 problems. we moved in, the dishwasher was a little funky but it was quickly fixed. property management is very good on communication, not a bad price considering what’s included & the other prices near us. also our first apartment and they still approved us !
