I’ve lived in Scenic Salinger for two years now. The building is well maintained and the property manager cam is very responsive in dealing with any issue. The rent is reasonable. I would highly recommend renting from Chinburg.
0 problems. we moved in, the dishwasher was a little funky but it was quickly fixed. property management is very good on communication, not a bad price considering what’s included & the other prices near us. also our first apartment and they still approved us !
Moved in recently and so far have no complaints. Any minor issue I've had (like a wiggling doorknob) was resolved within a day or two. The property is clean and the elevator made moving in a breeze. The rooftop deck and communal lounge are beautiful. Everyone who has come to see the place is blown away. I moved in on Day 1 of opening and agree it's one of the best places to live, and that I have lived in. I've lived on 4 of the 7 continents so far in m y life, in many homes. As with any place you live, there are ups and downs, nothing is perfect (things break, not everyone is going to be in love with all of their new neighbors, etc., whatever).
