I just moved into the scenic courts in the avenue living apartments and i find the service very elegant. I was looking for the apartment in emergency and avenue living helped me in getting that within 2 weeks. I found the service very great.
Am are currently renting an apartment from Avenue living it’s very bad experience. Here are pictures of the sink and the garbage we are living in.!! For the more we we are paying 1800$ monthly and we called them hundred times they say ok we will fix everything but nothing happened later!! I’d never recommend this company
My kitchen sink had been broken for months and months! Meanwhile I was doing dishes in my bathtub!! I’m glad they finally fixed it but God! It was not done in a timely manner and I’m not impressed..
