**I chose to edit because of the way I have treated, regarding rent. I’ve been here for 3 years and always paid my rent but they have gone up astronomically on my rent! I just moved back to Chattanooga and went in to see about downsizing, the next week my rent went up $52 dollars. I was told this was random and in line with other units but I checked and it was way above anywhere I looked. they are way over priced. price increases happen often with no explanation. they started at like $56 a month now want $125. absurd and insane price increase with no response or explanation
Price increased over 100% over a year. Called the office to see what was going on and they told me to email them and they would get back to me. It’s been a week with no response. Tried calling multiple times with no answer
