Wow what a delightful experience! Went into the office and met Josh. He was extremely helpful choosing what size unit would be best for my needs. Prices were very competitive for the area. The office was very clean and inviting! They also had everything to help me with my moving needs. Thanks Josh!
Josh was a great help with helping me choose the right size unit for all of my stuff. I tried renting there a few months ago and the difference in how much cleaner and nicer the facility is was amazing.
**I chose to edit because of the way I have treated, regarding rent. I’ve been here for 3 years and always paid my rent but they have gone up astronomically on my rent! I just moved back to Chattanooga and went in to see about downsizing, the next week my rent went up $52 dollars. I was told this was random and in line with other units but I checked and it was way above anywhere I looked. they are way over priced. price increases happen often with no explanation. they started at like $56 a month now want $125. absurd and insane price increase with no response or explanation
