We lost hot water in one of our heaters over Thanksgiving weekend. I knew they weren't open but I did call to leave a message so as to get in line quicker Monday morning. Surprisingly, I received a call later that afternoon acknowledging our problem and that we would hear from them first thing Monday. They did as promised, worked with our schedule and had David (who is awesome) on site promptly and repairs were quickly made at a reasonable price. I could not recommend a service provider any higher than Scenic City Plumbing.
we had Fawcet problem in our bathroom, Chris K. was sent for the first time - we have used Scenic City many times prior to his arrival. Chris is extremely polite and professional to work with. mother had a major leak on her property ( after dealing with another company for 2 weeks), called scenic city scheduled an appointment 2 days later they came out and fixed it no problem and with a great price!!!
I am a new customer. Called because I woke up with no hot water. The lady in the phone was so helpful and I had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The two gentlemen who came were friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They took care of the problem and I had hot water again. Loved that they were able to fit me into the schedule and the level of professionalism and friendliness was great. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.
We have used Scenic City Plumbing's services over the course of several years, now. There has never been a time when they do not respond promptly to a call and have someone out on the job as soon as possible. I have a tankless that would cut off at times (during showers of course). ** came out and was very friendly and helpful. He even diagnosed what had caused my problem. He didn't mind me watching and asking questions. He fixed it without throwing parts at it. Very reasonable. I will use them again.
I have always done my own plumbing repairs. I had three sinks with corrosion due to old galvinized pipe connected to copper. My wife, and I decided that I should get the professionals to do the job, so as to reduce stress on our household. ******* and ***** fixed the problems in less than three hours, and saved me a days worth of work, and limited my use of foul language. I had them come out and fix my water heater. They came out and I thought fixed it. That night and the next day I didn't have much water pressure and my hot water didn't last long. So I had to call them again and they charged me for something they should have taken care of the first place. They charged me for another service call for something they should have done the first time around.

There was a separate issue unrelated to the work that we had performed on the piping of the water heater. The customer had high water pressure causing water to discharge through the pop- off Valve drain pipe ( which is what it is designed to do when water pressure is too high). It did not register as high water pressure when we were there working on the piping or we would have certainly corrected it at that time.
