This past week I had to have both a root canal and crown procedure on the same day and Dr Hill along with his assistant Whitney were wonderful. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. His amazing hygienist Savannah was kind enough to come say hello. All this made for a pleasant dental experience. Thank you Dr Hill and your team for taking such good care of me! Can not praise Dr. Hill and his staff enough! Due to a combination of anxiety & covid I was ashamed of my current dental condition. Dr. Hill and his hygienist where compassionate and understanding. I went in knowing I would need several extractions; not knowing what to expect other than the worst I moved forward. When I say, I have Dentist anxiety I mean I truly hate the Dentist. My husband had a severe toothache and needed an extraction we got antibiotics from the Dr until his dental insurance went into effect April 1 he saw a dentist locally and was given more antibiotics and a date for the 17th to have them removed. The antibiotics were not helpful he was in a massive amount of pain and when I calles to speak with someone at this practice they got him scheduled and teeth out within 24 hours and for less than it was going to cost somewhere else. I had a temporary crown with a local last week and although I've had this work before by another dentist, I've never been in such pain post-op. I came to the office because reviews were great, but it appears that those reviews were a result a dentist who is no longer there. Not to mention I've had a better cleaning. Very frustrating.
