Scenic 90 Cafe was opened in 1998 by Gus Silivos, a long-time restauranteur and chef in Pensacola, who wanted to bring a fun and friendly dining experience to East Pensacola Heights. Gus and family still own and operate the diner where 'great food and snappy service' has been the motto for eighteen years.

Had a wonderful very attentive waitress today, food was great, lots of great choices. Our first trip here, we will return. I had biscuits and gravy (just like grandma made it) with sausage and my husband had open faced beef sandwich with cream corn (yummy) and mashed potatoes with gravy…..really good, We topped it off with apple crumble pie with ice cream on top! Really…doesn't apple pie go with biscuits and gravy??? ;)
The food is great.Owners and especially great are the staff. I should know I ate there every day for the 11/2 years I lived in p-cola. I miss them all terribly♡♡♡♡♡♡ long live Their strawberries and whipped cream!!!!!!!
One of the cleanest well-run restaurants I have ever seen or eaten at!!! Love that Gus!!!
Pretty good. Great atmosphere, friendly service. Grouper is a bit overpriced for what ya get, still tasty though.
This is a neat little place. The customer service was very good, and we enjoyed our meal.
Excellent food, excellent service, excellent prices. If in the area again I would gladly go back again.
