Scenic 90 Cafe was opened in 1998 by Gus Silivos, a long-time restauranteur and chef in Pensacola, who wanted to bring a fun and friendly dining experience to East Pensacola Heights. Gus and family still own and operate the diner where 'great food and snappy service' has been the motto for eighteen years.

Biscuits were old, prices was very HIGH, cost me and my gf 29 dollars to eat breakfast, nothing fancy, at all.
Fantastic staff, cute surroundings and fabulous coffee. Super accommodating for our service dogs. Food is yummy too! Definitely will come back next time we are in town!
I like the shiny diner's sparkly decor and went there specifically for a hot fudge sundae. Very good ice cream. This was my second visit to this restaurant. Today at 4:00 p.m. the place was empty when we arrived. Everything looked clean and bright. The service was excellent. However, I was annoyed that the guy who seated us spent the the whole time we were there complaining rather loudly to a waitress (who was seated at the counter) about their coworker who had called out and he described in detail every little incident with... read more
Food and service was Fantastic!!!!! Great home cooked breakfast.
We have great food each time we eat here. Clean and great service. Never disappointed.
Enjoyed our breakfast, fast friendly service, the only negative was the sausage, I did not care for the brand of sausage they use. I like a little spice to my sausage, hard to find when eating out though
